Renia Aquilim 315 is a water-based contact cement that bonds leather, rubber, EVA, PU sheets, cork, plastazote, etc. It has a high bonding strength and is easy to apply. Renia Aquilim is free of Toluene, MEK, and 100% free of VOCsIt is completely odorless and non-toxic.Clear glue line, for a clean and professional appearance. Long shelf-life, no phase separation, no clumps, no stirring, shaking or thinning necessary. Open time: 1 – 60 min Sizes: 16oz, 32oz, 0.8 Gallon (upon request) Made in Germany **During colder months (November-March) there is the risk of glue freezing in transit. I will ship if ordered but it will be at your own risk. DIRECTIONS: Make sure surfaces are clean and rough before bonding. Coat absorbent surfaces twice if necessary. Observe drying times: Aquilim turns clear when dry. Bond within open time, or activate with heat afterwards. Don't allow Aquilim to freeze. Two sided application:Two sided application possible for all materials.Apply thin coat on both sides and let the adhesive dry (10–20 minutes or 2–3 minutes on leather, depending on layer thickness, can be accelerated by heating). Join parts within open time or after heat activation and press with at least 1 bar. One sided application:One-sided application only if one side is absorbent/permeableApply slightly thicker coat on one side and immediately lay absorbent material onto wet adhesive layer. Press materials together and allow several hours of drying/curing time. Leather to leather: Instant bond with one-sided application, adhesive needs to penetrate into the fiber structure.
