Here's the conversion (1 skein unless otherwise noted): Blanc (x4), 728, 352, 3801 (x2), 304, 993, 992, 906, 904, 436, 434 and 3799. Finished Pattern Specs: Stitch Count: 169w x 169h Design Size: 12w x 12h (14-count) or 10.5w x 10.5h (16-count)Stitches used: Cross Stitch, Back Stitch Fabric: Model was stitched over 2 on 28-count Linen in “Touch of Grey” by Wichelt (#76306).
