Perfect for Restaurants, Bistros, Personal Chefs and Home Kitchens, the boards are edge grain construction for durability, and each size of board come in at a full 2 inches thick. This board is great for chopping, cleaving, meat and seafood preparation or other heavy-use kitchen applications. Maple is a safe option for inhibiting bacterial growth around food as research has shown Maple has naturally occurring antibacterial properties. Our Maple Wood Cutting boards feature a range of color profiles. From pale creamy white, creamy blonde to a slight reddish brown, we pick boards that look great together for both color and wood grain. The boards come with low profile non-skid feet and stainless steel hardware. This is to keep the board raised to create air flow around the board and slightly raised off your surfaces.
