Our Discipline design has been extensively tested with over 7000 strokes and holds strong. Cotton Disciplines from our RuneKraft Workshop are made of cotton rope 6mm (1/4") thick, by hand. This size has an average size handle and medium length falls, and is NOT a teaser. The handle is softer to the touch than that of the sisal disciplines, but the seven falls pack a punch just like their sisal counterparts.
