The budget is roughly 40%, not including cost for shipping. Shipping is included with purchase for inside the US and a standard $90 for all other outside, if shipping of $90 is far too much paid, a refund of the excess amount will be made to buyer, by Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. - The product made is an hobbyist art form, there will be no refunds once begun, only if it arrives broken and images will be needed. Once started, everything that's inaccurate from the initial design will be modified and corrected by me, for updates will be made on a regular bases. I create ART not PERFECTION. Like they say, "Perfection is in the eye of the beholder", and I'm not here to argue. I will work with you as long as you are communicative and respectful and work towards a solution if there is a problem. I would ask for some creative insight, but yeah it's up to the client. - Product made is not meant to be played with unless specified otherwise, it is meant to be stationary. Toy manufacturers use industrial strength glue, and that's what I use also. Final product made to order may contain cloth fabric, synthetic fiber, metals and or precious stones. Painted with high quality paints, which are applied in certain detail and precision. Comes with 1-2 accessories when requested, accessories cannot be sculpted in 3D and printed unless specifically requested, usually with an additional payment made to the 3D sculptor I have available. I can also obtain 3D modeled made face profile sculpts, made to look like you, or a friend or relative, it is included as an additional item to purchase for an additional price. - has raised what it charges that is why prices have gone up. - Examples and or drawings from buyer may be required to make.
