Damar Varnish is considered to be the best of the natural picture varnishes. It increases the brilliance of colors and provides moderately high gloss. Damar Varnish protects oil and alkyd paintings by preventing dust and airborne contaminants from adhering. It also responds readily to ordinary solvents used in painting

For use in painting and glazing mediums. Use with oil and Rectified Turpentine or Signa-Turp™.

PRECAUTIONS: Keep away from eyes. When using do not eat, drink or smoke. Do not smoke when using. Avoid contact with heat, sparks and open flame. Vapors can ignite explosively. If using indoors, turn off all pilot lights. Do not store or use near heat or flame. Use only with adequate ventilation. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: If eye contact occurs, rinse with tap water for 5-10 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical care. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
