This lip kit is kiss proof, party proof, and water proof so it will stay on no matter where you have to go! This kit contains 4 items: Cosmetic Glitter, Gloss Bond, Lip Liner, and a Dual Ended Brush. STEPS: Line your clean and dry lips with the lip liner. Apply a thin layer of the gloss bond. While doing so, carefully follow the lip line. Lightly moisten the tip of the applicator with water and squeeze out excess water. Pick up the glitter with damp applicator and dab the glitter over the gloss bond until fully covered. Use the brush at the end of the applicator to dust of the excess glitters and you are ready to go! TIPS: Use an oil based makeup remover to remove. WARNING: This product is not for internal use.
