The tissue will disappear when wet glued to a surface, and the ink is permanently black, allowing you to add color to the back or front of the image before adhering. Use a wet paintbrush to create soft 'tear' lines.

Use with glue, or melted wax, or adhere to the fabric and then sew. These are perfect for fast journal backgrounds to break a blank page.
