Contains one 500 ml of Lexol leather conditioner. A great product developed for dry conditions. If your leather is faded and losing its vibrancy this will help restore the leather back to life. This is our first step when conditioning most leather. Our general instructions to recondition your leather. Hand washing your leather: This step isn’t necessary unless the leather in question is dirty. Always test in a hidden area to ensure you like the results. Wash leather with Lexol P.H. balanced cleaner: Using your lexol sponges, wet sponge and then pour cleaner on the sponge. Squeeze the sponge until a soft fluffy foam appears. Squeeze all excess water from sponge and then use this silky foam to the leather. This method assures that you don't over saturate the leather with water because as the water evaporates the leather's oils will dry out even further. ( Please note that not all leather will benefit from being washed as only the surface dirt will be removed and there is always the issue of evaporating addition oil from the leather. The drying out is not as much of an issue in the case you are reconditioning the leather anyway. Lexol conditioner: Step 1 Apply a moderate amount to all leather, including inside cuffs when treating a leather jacket. Use our white sheepskin cloths or alternately with a clean and I stress white terry cloth towel as you will safeguard the transfer of colour to the leather. Do not use on suede! Fiebings mink oil: step 2 3. Apply the mink oil with our supplier sheepskin or towel and allow to absorb for 24 hours. Repeat daily for 3-5 days with 24 hours between applications. Then wipe off all excess with a good quality paper towel. There will be some cleanup at seams and in stitching. Use a new tooth brush (not used as there’s a bacteria issue) and a paper towel to remove all excess oil that has collected through the process. Neutral sealant: Step 3 Apply the sealant moderately the supplied sheepskin leavings thin coat of sealant. Allow to dry for few hours or over night. Buff with paper towel to remove excess and to bring back the shine and lustre.
