Soft Hand-dyed brushed Superkid Mohair/Mulberry Silk Yarn. This is a super light and yarn and can be worked at many different gauges. By itself it produces gossamer-like items when large needles or can add softness when mixed with another yarn.

Superkid mohair are the softest fibers the mohair goats produce. This super light and airy yarn can be worked at many different gauges. It produces gossamer-like items when large needles or hooks are used and soft, fluffy items at tighter gauges. We also recommend using a mohair thread with another yarn to add a delicate haze and to produce a surprisingly warm fabric.

Our yarns are hand-dyed with non-toxic acid dyes in small batches in our Santa Barbara Studio. Each of our colors are unique so you will most likely never meet someone who has the same exact colors that you will have.
