Suggested Use How to apply: (T) Topical: Dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil and almond oil are common carriers) and apply to concerned area. However, do not exceed maximum dermal use level to avoid skin irritation. (I) Internal: Suitable for internal use with proper guidance from a healthcare or medical practitioner. NOTE: Not well suited for (D) Diffusion due to potential irritant to mucus membranes. The maximum dermal use level is 1%, which is 1 drop in 3 ml of carrier. Use caution with hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin. Ensure proper dilution: test on a small area of skin. Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children.
