Key Features: Cutter Tool: The cutter tool is designed to cut out clay that precisely matches the volume needed for the flawless domed appearance created by our embedder kit.  Doming Embedder Tool: The second part of the set is designed to press the clay into a smooth, domed shape, creating a seamless seal around the earring back. Thickness Guides: Ensure precise results by pairing our embedder kit with our 1.5 mm thickness guides. We offer two versions of the product - one for users with existing guides and another for those who need them. Distance Guide: Ensure the optimal placement of your earring backs with the optional guide, preventing the dome from extending beyond the clay shape's edge. For optimal results, it is absolutely crucial to acquire our 1.5 mm thickness guides. These guides are not just optional accessories – they are a fundamental component of our kit. The embedder tools are meticulously designed to work seamlessly with clay rolled to this exact thickness. Using the correct thickness is key to achieving the perfect volume for the round piece cut by the cutter tool. If the clay is too thick, the cut piece may have excess volume, leading to a rough edge when shaped with the dome tool. On the flip side, if the clay is too thin, you risk having an edge where it shouldn't be. The lack of sufficient clay around the earring back may jeopardize proper embedding. To cater to your needs, we offer two kit versions: With Thickness Guides: Ideal for users who do not possess 1.5 mm thickness guides. Ensure a foolproof crafting experience with these essential tools. Without Thickness Guides: Tailored for those who already own our 1.5 mm guides. If you're adding multiple size embedder kits to your cart, only one set with thickness guides is necessary. Size Options: Select the kit that suits your needs by choosing from five different sizes - 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 mm. We intentionally excluded a dedicated Embedder kit for 7 mm earring posts due to their extreme rarity. However, rest assured that the 8 mm kit will seamlessly accommodate 7 mm earring posts. To ensure the perfect fit for your designs, refer to the sizing table below. This table provides information on each tool's dome diameter, allowing you to confirm that the dome won't exceed your preferred earring size.
