The Rose Quartz Ball can be used on every type of skin. Rose Quartz is soothing and calming, emotionally and physically, and will help refreshing the skin. It helps restoring calmness, balance and clarity to the emotions. For facial treatments we recommend using two balls at the same time.

Rose quartz is a gemstone that can be used on every skin type.
By massaging the face, the blood circulation gets stimulated. That’s why skin can look a bit rosy and can feel a bit warmer to the touch.
Rose quartz is soothing and calming, emotionally and physically because it is a “cooling” stone. Especially people who have excess (too much) heat in their system can benefit from these balls. Think of skin issues like inflammation, swelling, redness, irritation and rosacea (or couperose) but also issues like a sunburn or overactivity for example. For these people, the cooling balls offer a pleasant ending after a massage or even throughout the day when they are in need for a bit of refreshing.

Rose quartz produces a restful, cooling energy that will restore calmness, balance and clarity to the emotions. Rose quartz is excellent for healing emotional wounds. It encourages peacefulness, gentleness and tenderness and connects to and balances the heart chakra.

You can work your own face with one ball or two balls at the same time, it’s just what you prefer. For facial treatments, we recommend using two balls at the same time.
Roll the ball gently over the surface of the skin towards the outside of the face. The skin will transfer the heat onto the balls. Keep rolling them around the face until the ball(s) feel warm.

The Ball shape can also be used as a decorative object in your room or at your altar, to sit with in meditation or be used in a bathing ritual.

How to clean and charge:

You can clean your Rose Quartz Balls with running lukewarm water (and a natural soap). You can charge them with Clear Quartz or with an Akasha Crystal!

Hey by the way, those Rose Quartz Balls come straight from Mother Nature and she rarely makes 2 things identical. So expect some tiny differences between each item. And love them :)
