The vintage pen case is cut from our legendary vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium. Smooth and durable, this hide spent weeks interacting with natural barks in wooden drums. Vegetable-tanned leather is known to protect pens from tarnishing, making this pen case the safest option to store your pen. Our thick leather will also safeguard your writing instrument from discolouration and abrasion. Starting with a beautiful brown shade, it will eventually develop a deep patina through wear and use. The Ruitertassen pen sleeve features hand-finished edges for a nice feel. This model has a single large slot designed for one or two pens. It fits easily in our briefcases and satchels' slip pockets. As writing instruments lovers ourselves, we designed this pen case to look beautiful both at home, and on the board room table.
