Add ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, while stirring the pot clockwise. As you are stirring, allow the feeling signature of your desired outcome or goal for the simmer pot to fill your body, and flow down your arm and into the pot. Continue with this practice, and stirring until it feels right to finish. You’ll know when! Come back to the pot frequently to add more energy to it by stirring.You may recite your goal, a chant, or ritual words while you stir as well. Something pertaining to your desired outcome. Continue until the pot boils down to about an inch of water left and then turn it off. Your work is now complete. Once the contents of the pot are completely cool, dispose of them in a way that feels right to you. Attach this scroll to your book of shadows, and journal about your alterations, and experience. Don’t forget to date your working!Of course feel free to change this process up so that it suits your own needs and magical practice.
