Anyone have an opinion on beyond braid? I spoiled up a few reels & was excited until I broke off on that little plastic “line storage” tab on the reel. 40# line.

Noticed breakage before a trim after removing box braids. Any ideas of what causes this kind of uneven breakage and how to avoid it moving forward? Should I do more protective styles
