Using Vallejo white surface primer, shaken heavily should it look like this or does it need more shaking? : r/minipainting

To those who use Army Painter and tried their Lawful White paint. How can I make it apply nicely. Everytime I apply it, it looks like crappy whiteout. Thinning it isn't working
