To apply, simply press the transfers onto your fabric using the following instructions: Set your iron or heat press machine to 300°F/149°C. Apply medium pressure and press for 15-20 seconds. Wait for 5 seconds, then peel the carrier sheet while it's still warm. For sublimation transfers, use the following instructions: Set your iron or heat press to 400°F/204°C. Apply medium pressure and press for 65-90 seconds. Wait for 5 seconds, then peel the carrier sheet while it's still warm.
